【1. Our Factory】

We are a professional manufacturer specialized in pre-engineered prefabricated steel structure buildings, with our own steel processing workshop and complete production lines. Our factory is equipped with advanced CNC cutting machines, automatic welding robots, shot blasting equipment and automatic painting lines.

• Raw material: Q235B, Q355B hot rolled H beam, square tube, C/Z purlins. All steel materials come from large domestic steel mills with material test certificates (MTC).
• Production process: Raw material incoming inspection → CNC cutting → welding → shot blasting rust removal → primer & topcoat painting → dimension inspection before packing.
• Strict quality control: Each production step has QC inspection. We provide factory inspection report, dimension report and material certificates for your project. We accept customized design according to local wind load, snow load, seismic requirement and site drawing from clients.

1. Free preliminary structural design & drawing based on your requirements (size, usage, wind speed, seismic grade, cladding material).

3. Answer technical questions about steel structure, foundation suggestion, installation guidance.

1. Produce shop drawings for your confirmation before mass production.
2. Provide production photos & videos during manufacturing.
3. Arrange third-party inspection if you need.

✅ After-sale service

1. Supply detailed installation drawings, installation manual and bill of quantity.
2. Remote online technical guidance for site assembly.
3. We can arrange experienced site supervisors to your site for installation guidance (extra cost).
4. Long-term technical support for maintenance of steel building.

【3. Packing】

All steel members are packed properly for sea transportation to avoid damage and corrosion.

1. Main steel frame (H beams, columns): bundled with steel strips; painted surface protected to prevent scratch.
2. C/Z purlins, angle bars, small steel parts: packed in steel frame bundles.
3. Bolts, nuts, washers and small fittings: packed in waterproof carton boxes, labeled with mark numbers for easy sorting on site.
4. Wall & roof panels, insulation materials: packed with waterproof plastic film. Each bundle is marked with project mark, item number and quantity, easy for unloading and matching during installation.

【4. Shipment】

1. Loading: We load goods into containers strictly according to packing list, take loading photos for your reference.
2. Transport mode: Sea container shipment (20GP /40GP /40HQ). For oversized steel parts, we use bulk vessel.
3. Documents: We prepare full set of shipping documents: packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, material certificate, factory test report.
4. Lead time: Normally 25–45 working days after shop drawing confirmation, depends on project size. We will update you production schedule and shipment status step by step.
