DESIGN
Our team of steel structure design experts work with you to define your project balancing scope and budget. Within that process we will provide scope drawings, budget confirmation, and schedule. Each building is customized to provide lasting, maintenance-free value.
ENGINEER
After your design is finalized it is submitted to engineering. The engineering team will evaluate the structure to ensure it meets the design criteria and local code requirements. Once complete they will prepare final drawings and ready the plans for fabrication.
FABRICATE
steel buildings come pre-cut, pre-drilled, and ready for onsite assembly. Our fabrication process ensures the fabricated materials are cut to specification, packaged ready to for delivery by ship.
DELIVER
Before a building is delivered our logistics professionals will verify bill of materials quantities at the factory.
SUPPORT
We fabricate all structures to be erected on site by yourself or a professional. Regardless, our project management team will be ready to support you through completion until the last piece of trim is installed.

1. How long does it take from order to delivery?

2. Can you handle the structural design and calculations?
Yes. Our in-house engineering team produces a complete structural package — including frame analysis, connection design, foundation reaction tables, and anchor bolt layouts — all referenced to your local building code. We can also coordinate with your local engineer of record for plan review and permit submission.
3. What about installation? Do you provide site supervision?
We strongly recommend our site supervision service for first-time clients: an experienced erection supervisor will travel to your site to guide your local crew through the assembly process.
For repeat clients with trained crews, our bolt-together system is designed for self-erection using our color-coded manual.
4. Do you provide CE / UKCA certification?
Yes. Our fabrication facility holds EN 1090-2 EXC3 certification (the highest execution class for steel structures). We issue a Declaration of Performance (DoP) and CE/UKCA marking for all shipments to the European Union and United Kingdom.
5.What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum. We handle everything from a single 200㎡ farm shed to a 30,000㎡ multi-building industrial park. Pricing per square meter improves with volume, but we treat every project with the same engineering rigor.
6. How is the steel packed and shipped?
All components are bundled, labeled, and containerized with a detailed packing list keyed to the erection drawings. Bolts and small accessories are packed in clearly marked plywood crates.
We use export-grade fumigated timber dunnage and VCI (volatile corrosion inhibitor) wrapping for ocean freight.
