1. The efficiency of these buildings comes from various framing systems, each suited to different heights and architectural needs:
Moment-Resisting Frames: Beams and columns are rigidly connected, forming frames that resist lateral forces (wind, earthquake) through bending strength. Ideal for low to mid-rise buildings and open floor plans.
