Our team of steel structure design experts work with you to define your project balancing scope and budget. Within that process we will provide scope drawings, budget confirmation, and schedule. Each building is customized to provide lasting, maintenance-free value.


After your design is finalized it is submitted to engineering. The engineering team will evaluate the structure to ensure it meets the design criteria and local code requirements. Once complete they will prepare final drawings and ready the plans for fabrication.


Steel buildings come pre-cut, pre-drilled, and ready for onsite assembly. Our fabrication process ensures the fabricated materials are cut to specification, packaged ready to for delivery by ship.


Before a building is delivered our logistics professionals will verify bill of materials quantities at the factory.
 

We fabricate all structures to be erected on site by yourself or a professional. Regardless, our project management team will be ready to support you through completion until the last piece of trim is installed.

STEEL STRUCTURE

  • Primary frame element such as steel columns, steel beams and other members are made by hot-galvanized hot-rolled H section steels and welded section steel, which will be bolted together at site. A factory galvanization surface treatment is applied to get better anti-rusting and anticorrosion effect of primary framing elements.

SECONDARY FRAMING

  • Galvanized purlin, tie bar, roof and wall support, are formed as secondary framing.

BRACING SYSTEM

  • Round steel is supplied with knee bracing and other supporting parts that need portal framing, which will improve the stability and durability of the whole structural building.

CLADDING SYSTEM

  • Roof and Wall are covering of color-coated corrugated steel sheet, hot dipped with zinc and aluminum compound, which is fixed to the outside of structural building to protect it against bad weather or to have a good appearance.

Installation Process Explained
 

Our steel structure building installation follows a standardized and efficient 12-step process:
 

1-2 Foundation

  • Prepare the concrete base according to the structural load requirements and install the pre-embedded anchor bolts as per the foundation construction drawings.

3-4 Columns

  • Erect the steel columns using a truck crane, with one worker guiding and 3-4 workers assisting. Secure each column onto the anchor bolts and add temporary bracing.

5 Roof Beams

  • After two adjacent steel columns are installed, begin installing the main roof beams to connect and stabilize the structure.

6-7 Purlins

  • Install roof and wall purlins after completing the column and beam installation. Bolt them securely onto the main structure to support cladding panels.

8 Purlin Rods

  • Reinforce the frame by installing horizontal tie rods between purlins for added stability.

9 Water Gutter

  • Install the gutter system along the eaves to ensure proper drainage and prevent water accumulation.

10-11 Cladding

  • Attach wall sheets to wall purlins with self-tapping screws, then install roof sheets. For insulated buildings, fix sandwich panels to both walls and roof.

12 Completion

  • Install covers at corners, eaves, windows, and doors; fit windows and doors in place; conduct a final inspection - your steel building is ready for use.
